I stopped what I was doing when I saw that my mother had called. I quickly had to call her back. She was not picking up
I called Evander. He was the person I needed right now.
“ I do not think that my mother is okay, let's go see her," I said to him.
He trapped the keys and headed to the car.
I went to Max.
“ If my uncle asks you where I am, can you tell him that you have no idea?" I said.
I did not want my uncle to know that I had gone to see my mother.
“ You are an adult and I have no idea where you went," Max said. It made me smile.
“ Yes, that is what I am talking about" I smiled as I shook his hands.
I quickly went to the car that was waiting outside. I got into the car and we left for my mum's place.
