BONUS - GRETA GARBO CAKE RECIPE
Ingredients
For the sheets: 500 g flour, 2 eggs (optional), 200 g margarine for baking, 1 teaspoon of baking soda brewed with one teaspoon of vinegar, a little salt
For the filling: 200 grams ground nuts, 200 grams sugar, apricot jam 400 or 500 grams
Icing: 200 grams sugar, 3 tablespoons cocoa, 3 tablespoons oil, 4 tablespoons water
Preparation
Mix the ingredients for the sheets well and spread 4 sheets.
The ground nuts are mixed with the sugar for the filling and left aside.
Grease a pan with margarine and flush with flour.
Place the first sheet into the pan, spread a thin layer of jam over it and sprinkle the nuts mixed with sugar. Do the same thing with the second and third pastry sheets. Place the last sheet over the last layer of filling.
