TORN

Chapter One....

Prologue...

"As I am well aware each and everyone person to ever exist has been asked or will be asked this question.

"What do you want to be when you grow up?"

I have no choice in my answer. I Crimson Light can not and will not be allowed to decide my own fate.

I can however tell you the past me, present me and the future me.

The past:

Up until my 16th Birthday I was your average human girl, 4'9 shorter than most my age, long uncontrollable RED hair, slim but with curves in all the right places and most importantly I was HAPPY.

The present:

Now I am 16, no longer your average human girl but a werewolf, a girl who's supposed parents were human, raised as a human with no clue as to what was about to happen. I'll tell you the story in more depth soon, but alas no longer human, still shorter than most, my hair well that has a life of its own. Its been two weeks since all my choices were taken, my happiness was taken and now I am alone and broken, surrounded by "people" I do not know. Controlled and well frankly ignorant of everything this world has to offer. I am a slave to everyone in this thing they call a pack, a slave to the thing occupying my mind, body and soul and a slave to fate.

The future:

Now don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to throw a pity party but my future is bleak, I have limited options and none are appealing and each comes with little choice on how it ends.

Option 1~ I will live as a slave to the Cresent moon pack for the remainder of my life, being treated as less than human until I'm old, grey and death claims me.

Option 2 ~ I find the opportune time to escape option 1's fate by escaping, leaving the pack to become rogue, fighting to survive, having no place to call home, no family, nothing. I will be shunned by humans because I am different and I will be hunted by werewolves because I am one of them, if starvation and life on the run does not kill me, surely one of my own will. Death is all that awaits me.

Option 3 ~ I stop wasting time and end it all now.

If only it was that easy....

I am Crimson Light, former human, now supernatural and I have given up the light choosing to stay in the darkness that is my life.
