I look at the man sitting in the chair "who are you" night asks.
The man stands "oh im sorry I'm your father didn't your mother ever show you pictures of me." he half asks.
I shake my head and look at my mom. She sighs and looks between us "I will leave you with him." she says softly before looking at my father "you hurt her in any way and it will be the last thing you will ever do" she states before she leaves.
"well your mother is still as joyfully ad always." the man's says.
"who are you." I ask as I look up to see his blue Grey eyes with light skin and black hair.
He smiles "im nate your father and you are night named because of your star night like eyes." nate says.
"why did you reach out now that I'm almost 18." I say.
"you think I reached out now I reached out when you were a kid but now that you are almost 18 I needed to see you your mother kept you from me." nate says before sitting at a desk "come sit down." he says gesturing to the chair across the desk.
I stand for a moment before I sit across from him. "so why now of all times was I brought here?" I ask as I look at him.
"your mother brought you because since you are almost 18 you need to learn how to control when you shift and you jeez to find your mate so you can take rule of the pack when I deem you ready." he says simply.
"Woah hold on I never agreed to that when was someone gonna tell me that I have to rule a group of people." I exclaimed.
Nate chuckles "well I just told you and this geoup is called a pack and you will have to take over as my only heir."
"WELL OBVIOUSLY YOU TELL ME NOW!" I exclaimed almost yelling.
"Why must you yell." Nate asks.
"Because someone didn't tell me any of this until a month before my 18th birthday and I know nothing on any of this." I say my voice lowering.
"im telling you now so I can teach you and at 18 is just when you get to start seeing your wolf so we train you younger then most wolves since you are an alphas child." he says matter of factly.
"I didnt know you even existed until yesterday I am sleep deprived and pissed off so do you really think now is the same to talk to me." I sigh before I rub my temples.
"well let me teach you now and see how that goes." he says calmly.
"why can't I just be normal and live a normal life."
"well your normal and our normal are different and tonight we are having a bonfire you shall join as the guest of the evening."
"what about mom where will she be." I ask
"your mother shall be asked to leave or get her own room foe tonight but only tonight." he says
"why?" I ask.
before he could anwser theres a knock on the door. The person who knocked enters and is a women about 5'4 with black hair and brown eyes fake red nails and a tight red dress strolls in and walks over to nate.
"darling you must hurry the dinner is almost ready." the woman says ignoring that fact I am sitting there.
"I know that Jillian but this can't wait so you and ivory start dinner without me." he says as he looks at the woman.
Jillian sighs "why must we wait." she says before bitting her lip.
"ew" I mutter before bitting mt tounge and cursing mentally.
"excuse me did you say ew why because I am talking to my mate my love." Jillian says rudely.
"no I didn't say anything im just sitting here all alone wishing I could leave and never see any of this." I say before I look down at my hands.
Nate sighs "Jillian this is my daughter night. Night this is my wife Jillian and our. daughter ivory is sitting downstairs she's your half sister so be nice." he says before standing. "come along night."
"I'm not hungry may I leave." I say as I stand.
"fine but you must come to the bonfire later." nate says
"oh but darling she won't understand it." Jillian whispers to him as she hangs from his arm.
"I heard that." I say as I stand by the chair watching them leave down the stairs.
