After speaking with Joel and Wendy after the meeting, I decided that instead of fully stripping her of her title, I would give her a probationary period of 2 weeks to show some kind of effort in her repayment.
Apparently, Joel had her convinced that it was alright for her to spend it without worrying about the payback. When I heard that, I instantly regretted giving him a chance. However, what's done is done, and he doesn't have long to turn things around legally.
I needed to have a sit down with my parents, aunt and uncle to get their views on what was going on, and get their input on how to move forward. I would just have to wait for Jason and Rebecca to get home.
