I really like Maggie. I get such good vibes from her. Hopefully, once she is back in Blood Moon, she will be able to prove herself to those who are still afraid to accept her.
Alette and Damian are leaving after breakfast, and DJ and I are leaving after lunch. I wish we could stay longer, but we all have packs to run.
The reality of our lives is quickly sinking in. Our times when we could be absent for weeks at a time aren't possible anymore. A few days at most, and that is pushing it.
With all the knowledge that we have learned over the past couple of days, we are going to need to get together more to prepare for the future. First thing on the agenda is to figure out which of us to appoint as leaders until the kids can ascend to their rightful places.
