Everyone had a chance to speak except for Donavon, Alette or me. Phoenix wasn't here yet, and I know he wouldn't have too much to say, but I'm sure he would like to have some input on things. Especially now that he was being volunteered to go back and forth from Blood Hollow and the new Academy pack.
Once the Elders left without mention of DJ and me taking over Ruby Meadows, I thought maybe my brother had changed his mind. That was until he hollered out and scared the crap out of us all.
My dad went and fetched the Elders, and when they came back, I could tell they weren't the happiest of campers.
