*Sigh*
It's been over a week since I have laid eyes on that conniving b***h. Never did I ever think those words would leave my mouth, nor did I ever think I would feel that way about her.
Her spell work wore off, and when it did, I felt like a different person. Although I felt semi sort of like myself, there was also something very different that I hadn't felt in years.
For the first time in a long time, I felt confident and comfortable in my own skin. I didn't feel guilty of anything, like I had while under the influence of the potion.
I had always felt guilty for feeling like I was neglecting Riley, when I was only doing my duty I had sworn to do. I shouldn't have felt that way. Especially when it pertained to my own family.
