“I have to go now,” she blurted out, but Creighton took her by the hand and pulled her back like a child. Olga followed him stiffly. As they walked, they both felt a sense of sorrow and regret, because they would now have to part, whether temporarily or forever. Neither Creighton nor Olga knew what would come next.
