I’ve noticed Rane and Salia have been keeping close to me. It’s been a few days since Princess Zariah contacted me. I’ve done as she asked and continued like nothing has changed. I even had to say in front of Rane and Salia how I do think the princess is an imposter. I can clearly understand Prince Caedan’s attraction to her. She is very beautiful. The only thing keeping me going is knowing I have never loved any woman, and maybe I do have someone out there for me.
The only time they’ve been leaving me alone is when I’m training. So, I waited til they left, and I asked if one of my warriors with witch or wizard magic could put a spell around the training ground to keep anyone from hearing what I had to tell them.
