                                    Days like this make me wish I could dream forever.

        Izabells POV:

    Getting out of my very cold very long shower. I start making a list of things to do today.

Get dressed stay comfy

Eat something big your only meal till tonight

Meet with brothers get filled in on everything

Finish party prep

Let the she wolves take over me

        Simple enough and cringe worthy about the she wolves, they tend to get out of control. Going to my dresser I pull out a pair of fitted sweatpants and a loose crop top. As soon as I opened my room door it hit me a smell of Bourbon and coffee. It was strong like the person was just here standing all night. ‘It's just as mouth watering as Xavier's scent IZ.’ Breathing in deeply again ‘I have to agree with you maybe it's our Third mate he could have arrived last night and smelled me and Xaver and didn't come in, he could be at the party tonight sally.’ walking towards the kitchen the scent got weaker , I quickly grabbed a cereal bar not thinking about my to-do list, ‘We have time Iz let's follow the scent and find our mate.’ I agreed with Sally we have plenty of time so we follow the scent all over the house this person has been everywhere but we passed our room quite a few times, ‘they must have been wandering all night coming to our room to check on us.’ Sally states proud of her unknown mate. ‘I agree but I can't seem to find the source of it where they could be hiding from us. It's not outside so they never left the house.’ giving up I check my phone for the time. 1500 already where did the day go??? I'm late for the she wolves . They aren't going to be very happy that i am that late. When I reach my room I am met with Sandy and Two other she wolves looking super mad at me “Your late care to explain why we only have Three hours to get you ready?” Sandys gold eyes glaring into my soul. “Come on I'm not that bad girl you don't need Three hours even.” I say walking over to the vanity they set up for me. “Ha you'll see Izabell lets begin girls we have our work made for us.” Sandy says grinning

                Unknown pov:

        She's been hot on my trail all day. Part of me just wanted her to find me but the other side of me is telling me to stick to the plan that we have made. “Alpha there you are, I've been looking for you. The party is going to start soon.” I turn to my Beta “Is everything ready as I've planned?” He looks hesitant “Yes Alpha everything is done….. If I may be forward to Jasper?” I roll my eyes at him after everything we've been through he still feels the need to be so formal “dude spit it out.” 

            “Why do all of this? Why not just go talk to her? This all seems too much.” letting out a laugh “ I know it's too much but im going against a man who risked everything to save her I don't want to come in all ‘Hey i'm the alpha king and your mate pick me’” thats being honest but also if she doesn't choose me I have a lot to loose and can't risk a war that's not on my terms. For our pack I must do this.

            Izabells POV:

            ‘I have to admit they did make us even more attractive dare I say approachable even.’ Sally says, admiring the wolves ' work. ‘They did use all that time also I don't even know what all they did to us Sal.’ A knock at my door draws my attention away from my reflection. “Come in” I know it's James coming to collect me “Wow Iz you look like a true Queen in that.” Turning to face him fully “Do you think they she wolves would kill me if I put on my warrior armor you know the fancy dinner stuff, Id feel more myself in that not in a floor length dress brother.” he only laughs holding his arm out to me “let's go you're already late little sis.” This is going to be a long night entering the ballroom. I can smell both of my mates. “And the woman of the hour Alpha Izabell Silver.” The doors open allowing us to step forward, everyones eyes are on us as we make our way to the front table and stage. “Hello everyone and thank you for coming tonight please enjoy the party.” Just as I'm finishing my thank you, Xaver comes up to me holding his hand out for me, placing my hand in his. He turns it over planting a kiss on my palm. “My Queen.” he whispers into my hand. “Alpha” I wink at him as he takes his spot next to me as people already start introducing themselves. Theo is nowhere to be seen thankfully.  I'm pulled out of my thoughts when Xaver clears his throat

             “Alpha Reynolds it's a pleasure to see you.” shaking hands “I bet it's a pleasure for you, Xaver. And of course i should be calling you miss Silver now not miss Sawyar.” he say reaching for my hand but ended up pulling me into a hug “you made a wrong choice pup you need to re think accepting this mut as your mate, and take Theo as yours, that is if you want peace.” he whispers into my ear. I pull out of the hug placing my hand on his shoulder and collar bone, “ It's Alpha Silver not miss you Reggie, you and your son need to think more before you speak, you never know who you are talking to.” i pause gripping tighter on his shoulder “ I do hope you stay for the party there will be an announcement you must hear at the end.”  My grip tightens more till I hear his shoulder and collar bone break under the pressure given. His face contorted in pain and when the bone breaks he lets out a whimper. Once I release my hand he scurries off as fast as he can holding his shoulder in pain as he goes. 

        I can feel someone's eyes on me, looking around trying to find the source, I smell it bourbon and coffee. ‘He's here’ Sally states eager to find the 3rd mate and finally pick and be with our mate. I close my eyes breathing in trying to pinpoint the smell but Xavier's smell is making it hard to find. “Hey what did he say to you IZ?” Xaver asks, voice dripping with concern. “ Im fine take over for me i need some air.” he leans over placing a kiss on my cheek “I can come with you if you want?” I give him a small smile “I'll be ok.” I step away following the scent the best I can again it seems to be all over the place I exit the hall but lose the scent as i'm walking down it, a smell of irises is getting stronger and the bourbon and coffee smell gets weaker, ‘Theo; I turn around quickly to see Theo waking up to me hands shoved into his pockets. 

            “What do you want Theo?” disdain dripping like venom in every word. “My mate of course, but you did just break my father's collarbone and shoulder.” a grin spread on his face. I roll my eyes at him crossing my arms in front of my chest. “You rejected your mate, go find some Beta Bitch.” I turn to walk away, but he reaches out to grab my arm keeping me in place. “I'm sorry I had no choice, you need to believe me when I say I didn't want to reject you.” I can't help but laugh in his face “ And tell me why did you then or is this rejectors remorse now that I am an Alpha?” he cringes at my words “That's what i thought Theo leave me alone I have more important things to attend to then you, Like my mate.” I pulled my arm out of his grasp and claws started to extend, cutting my arm slightly. 

        “IZ that piece of s**t really your second chance mate! NO i'm your only mate!” I look at him planning on making him hurt more only to see him starting to shift, charging at me knocking me off guard. I try and push him off but he only digs his claws in my arms more suddenly i feel a hot wet tongue running down my neck to my crook  ‘I won't let him mark us Sally’ and with that I allow Sallys blood lust to take over pushing against Theos hold I start to get up when suddenly Theos weight is thrown off me. I blink out of shock, I see Theo's body laying crumpled up against a wall then I felt a sharp pinch in my neck causing the world to go blurry……. 

                                                            Then it hit me bourbon and coffee.
