“Let’s have the vehicle transported to the vehicle processing garage and then have WSP techs. go over the truck for prints or DNA and make an inventory of the contents,” Detective Handgun stated.
“The Forensic Crime Technicians have already called for a tow truck” Sgt. Harmon advised.
“I’m particularly interested in any firearms or ammunition in the truck so make sure everything has an inventory number and description,” said Detective Hannigan.
“I can see a couple of boxes of ammo lying on the floor in front of the center console and there’s a rifle rack in back, so we will need to find out how many guns the victim had and how many are missing,” Detective Hannigan said.
The victim could have had some rifles in the rack at the back window, Detective Hannigan thought to himself.
