Ryan Bates walked out of the Canyon County Jail five days later after he had posted bond for the assault of Jenna.
He looked around on the street as a white pick-up truck rapidly drove down the street and braked sharply in front of Ryan.
Juan Garcia yelled for Ryan to get into the pick-up truck.
As Ryan walked around the front of the pick-up he noticed there was another man sitting in the front passenger seat.

The three had been on a recent crime wave, causing a sharp increase in car break-ins and burglaries.
