Jovana yelled as she rushed forward without a care in the world. Fortunately, she caught him in time.
"Mom? You're back!"
Tim looked at her with his wide eyes. Although he was shocked, a meek smile appeared on his small face when he saw his mother.
Jovana inspected him all over to make sure that he was all right.
"Why were you climbing so high? If I didn't come back, you would have fallen!" Jovana said, frowning. Suddenly, she spotted two small cuts on his hands as if something had scratched them.
Was he stepping on stools to look for plasters?
Jovana felt both distressed and guilty as she should have put them on the table instead.
