“So are you going to reopen the car lot?” Colton asked standing a little too close. Joel tried to step away from him to answer, but Colton remained in his face.
“I don’t know,” Joel said. “I have to think about it, and discuss with my wife.”
“I researched your property, and it is one of the prime locations we’re interested in. We’re willing to pay top dollar, and would like to come to an arrangement one way or another.”
