Chapter Eighteen Chapter Eighteen “Do you know what you are going to say?” Debra’s voice asked Callaway as Joel peeked through the cracked office door. The church was probably as full as it was going to get. Debra’s work friends sat in one section, and Joel’s business associates mostly congregated in another. Mick stood in the entryway acting as greeter and, unbeknownst to everyone except Joel, security guard. Callaway’s two partners sat in the front pew. The violin music echoed beautifully within the acoustics of the old church. However the heck Debra managed to produce a musician, it was a nice touch.
