The red lights started to show up. At first Aria thought it was just her eyes playing tricks on her. There was no way that many lights could be there. As the darkness moved around the mountain it became clear that this was real. There were thousands of them. Maybe even tens of thousands. The whole Northern Forest seemed to be alive with these glowing eyes. A cold wind blew through the sanctuary. Even Voidfang stopped smiling. This was the time Aria had seen him look concerned since she met him.
Something like caution crossed his face.
Cassian noticed this.
"So " Cassian said.
"You did not expect them to wake up this early." Voidfangs face became hard again.
"They were supposed to stay asleep, " he said.
