Trial by Jury
Alex It’s the morning of Johnathon’s trial. I’m hoping this isn’t going to take long. I want to put all of this behind us and never think about Johnathon Miller again. Kamryn is stressed. She’s worried about Kayla and today's outcome. I know she wants this to be over as much as I do. Kamryn doesn’t trust anyone to watch Kayla other than Mila and Baldrick. We talked to the prosecutor, and he agreed to call Kamryn and Mila at least an hour apart. Kamryn is going to take Kayla to a nearby park to play while Mila gives her testimony. Once she finishes, Mila will take Kayla home, and Baldrick will join them when he finishes. This keeps Kayla away from the courts while also keeping Kamryn less stressed.
