Well I’m Shadow the alpha of the Ice Ridge pack here in Alaska and I’m about to leave for the reveal of our queen. King Damon has been my best friend since we were kids and I’m very happy for him. He is very excited to show off his mate and definitely didn’t spare any expense to make her party perfect. ‘Are you ready yet Jason’ I mind link my beta, I’m met with silence and start walking downstairs. As soon as my feet touch the ground after the last step I’m tackled to the ground. “Hey big bro please bring us our luna Shadow the elders are questioning your ability to run the pack” my sister says “do you have everything you need?” I nod in return “bye Lilly everything will be fine and could you please get that lazy mate of yours down here, i’ll be waiting in the car”
My little sister Lilly is mated to my beta Jason. After waiting about 10 minutes for my tardy beta we put his bags in the trunk and head on our way to the plane. So finally in the air and on the way to see my best friend, my wolf Leo starts to whimper a little because because we still haven’t found our mate. I hope to meet her soon because seeing newly mated couples is starting to drive me mad. I can only image that she will be absolutely gorgeous and ready to be my packs luna. I keeping trying to think of what she would be like, but my body is tired and I fall asleep.
”We are here Shadow” Jason yells my eyes start to flutter open and I see him looking at me. “What is it Jason?” I say loudly. He ignores me and I growl “tell me now Jason!” “There are going to be lots of vampires here” Jason says while looking straight at me. I nod, my hatred for those blood suckers will have to wait. We gather our stuff and we step out of the plane and we are met with kindness as always. Damon tells us about some of the preparations, after our chat over dinner we were taken to our rooms. The gala is tomorrow and I hope to meet my mate there, I fall sleep as soon as my head hits the pillow.
