First day of last year of high school! Annoying statement

Last year of high school! Less annoying statement.

The summer break was over and I was back to school. The summer break was wonderful but the excitement was short-lived. After leaving camp abruptly, I was registered in the basketball program. The training program took about six weeks but I had already missed two weeks, I spent about a month training. It was quite enjoyable as my skills improved. There were numerous parties I was invited to and they proved to be entertaining. 

Despite the sudden change in plans, I wasn't happy about leaving camp. Even though camp was stressful, I still enjoyed it, I had learnt a lot of survival skills and personal skills. I missed the bugle call that rang every morning. I missed the kids who always made a mess and their noise. I missed the campfire. I missed camp. But most of all, I missed Marina.

I couldn't get her out of my mind no matter how hard I tried. I just complicated the issues by kissing her. After kissing her, I disappeared the next day without a note or some sort of message for her. I didn't even have her number despite being her roommate for two weeks. She might think I played her, I felt like a horrible person. I have to make it up to her.

But we can't be together. I really shouldn't have kissed her, now everything is complicated.

"Hey babe" Britney sashayed over to me and kissed my lips. "I missed you".                  "But it's just been a few hours since we last spoke to each other" I replied in a bored tone. I had no interest in this conversation but she didn't get the hint.                     "Hey Britney, I gotta go do stuff, meet the guys and stuff. I'll catch you around".           "Sure babe" I wonder how much longer I can stand her.
