September has been the most peaceful month of my life so far. My panic attacks aren’t taking a toll of my life, and my continuous therapy with Dr. Lee is finally showing some positive results. But most importantly, my favourite season of the year is finally here.
“Just continue your medication and don’t skip therapy sessions every week, okay?” I smiled as I read the text of Dr. Lee displayed on my phone while I hide it under my table in the middle of Mr. Black’s discussion on Personality development.
