"Auggie?" I called for August but didn't find him anywhere either. What is happening here? I searched every part of the house, from rooms to washrooms to cabinets... Everywhere...
It has been hours, but no one is here. I think they have gone out. This is the perfect time to go to Xavier's office. I went into Xavier's study and took a permission slip to enter his office. I know my brother too well; he will never let anyone in without his permission. Maybe the boys can... But there is no other way!
Once I reached Xavier's office, I gave my skateboard to the security guard to keep in his room until I got back. I went to the receptionist.
