"Madam justice, I was there when all this happened. She was accusing Alberto of r****g her. She was threatening to kill us if we didn't accept. We tried not to and we lost our friend Ron Martin. She had us at the gunpoint. My son came in to stop her, but he was shot too." He faked his tears. I saw it all break, breaking into small pieces... Every single fight, every single argument. I saw it all go for a toss... All my fighting was in vain.
"Where were you exactly when this happened?" Our lawyer asked.
"I was in the house with them."
"Why didn't you try stopping her?"
"I was helpless" he showed his hand with not many fingers.

"I was scared. She had threatened
