Third person's POV “Would you like me to get some water?” Xaden asked Emma after it looked as though he had calmed her down. But then she was looking at him like he shouldn't be here with her. “Uhm, no.” She said, a little hesitant to speak. “Can you just stay here a bit? I'm scared.” “You're safe; it's nothing.” Xaden assured her. Emma's eyes darted around. She was still haunted by the remnants of the nightmare and slowly began to focus on Xaden's face. She had been wondering how fast he had been able to come to her room. But then she ruled it out on the fact that she had screamed so loud and perhaps Xaden was around her room at that time. “Thank you, Xaden.” She said it with a smile. “I'm sorry for waking you.” “You didn't actually; I wasn't sleeping.” He told her.
