Chapter 33 CARRO SAT at the desk, and leafed through the book, his hands trembling. The columns of numbers danced before his eyes. He was back in the warehouse. He felt the biting cold. He heard his stepfather’s footsteps. So that was what his father thought of him? Death by accountancy. The Knights in the room were all busy at work.
