13. Down Below ******* stood down the road from Building 46, by a stone statue of a marble fish leaping out of water. That was the meeting place. It was 1 a.m. Meifeng had warned Sam that there would be no set meeting time. She had to finish up at work, return to the dorm where she and her coworkers lived just off campus and text the janitor to join her and Sam at the stone fish. There were strong gusts of wind. The focus of the evening would be Building 46, but they could not meet there.
