When Savannah woke up the following morning, Cory had already left for class. She wasn’t sure if she was relieved or disappointed by his absence, but it did make her feel just a touch lonesome not even getting a goodbye from him before he left. That feeling gave the painter pause; she was getting far too used to staying with him, wasn’t she? It was long past time she went back to her own place. As much as she liked Cory’s cooking, she was really missing having her own space - and privacy. Having made up her mind, Savannah sighed and gathered up the few things that she’d brought with her.
