LUCIUS’ POV:
Almost immediately, we released the remaining prisoners that were also locked up, the last surviving soldiers of our pack and together, we silently crept back up.
The guard I had killed was dragged down to the dungeon and locked there. We were to leave no evidence of our presence in the first place.
The first place we were to go was Ariadne's room. I recalled leaving her in our room because she was still asleep but now, I've never been more grateful that I knew exactly where she was.
The plan was to penetrate Cedric using Ariadne as a leverage and then, we'd force him to relinquish the power he stole from my father and have him transfer my birthright to me.
I didn't know where Cedric was at the moment but that problem was going to be solved soon. Everyone knew what to do
