CASSIA’S POV:
There was no time, as one of the bears had lunged for an attack, moving its gigantic body towards my small frame in a frightful embrace.
I quickly swerved from its path, crunching on my knees in defense as it went another round.
I couldn't believe that Lucius had just f*****g left! I inwardly screamed as the bears started to walk in parallel positions, in a bid to try to corner me for an attack.
I had learnt enough to know that in situations where the bear charges at you, you can't run and you shouldn't provoke the bear even further.
What the hell was I supposed to do now?
I watched as the two bears walked in parallel formation, heads bowed and on all fours. They were going to charge at me any moment from now.
