The next few days passed with little fanfare. Ellie’s staples had been removed, and she and Pad settled into a routine of sharing the cooking and cleaning duties for all common areas, and they were starting to run together. As promised, Ray and Mom let Pad take as many photos as he wanted of the workshop, gardens, and What’s Perkin’. The shoot was set for Winnie’s studio and Ellie talked about the horse farm again. Pad was mulling over the idea of going out to the farm and taking some pictures.
