  My heart was bleeding but saying anything was futile. I knew he didn't like me but to go that far to insult me with his girlfriend was just too much.   I'd heard everything they said about me. The hateful comments and snide remarks about me, I'd heard them all.   And I was hurt. Deeply so.   I expected nothing less from Mia and his mother, Martha but not him. I deserved a little bit of respect from him in the very least.
