The war lasted for three days and three nights. Caison was in charge of keeping the children and women safe as well as the elderly. As the day turned into night Caison wondered how Ralf was doing. They haven’t received any news from the outside.
The safe house was located just outside of the palace walls. You could hear the beast growling and howl into the far distance. Scarlett and Caison had hidden the children underground to keep them safe should the safe house be under attack.
