When I got back to my room after breakfast, it was like walking into a wall. Mira’s scent was everywhere, and it was doing nothing to improve my mood. After everything that had happened to us and she was still holding herself back. First there was the whole music business and now she didn’t want to live with me. Next, she will probably tell me that she doesn’t want to start a family. Or maybe she still wants to be with other guys? My temper was starting to flare up and I needed to get it out. I stormed out the room and down the stairs. Once I was outside, I ran to the woods and shifted while running, pushing myself to go as fast as I could. I needed to clear my head, but so far nothing had happened. An hour later I was back in front of the mansion, but I was nowhere near calmed down.
