First day at school

After what seems like forever the flight attendant announced our arrival at the airport. i got my luggages into the trolley and made my ways outside looking for taxi when i noticed someone staring at me for so long , i remembered the face he was the guy i bump into while getting my trollies wait has he been following me? why is he staring? Their is something in his eyes, something strange and scary but i couldn't figure out what exactly? I walked as fast as my legs could making sure there is a lot of distance between us. Thinking about the guy when a taxi stopped in front of me asking me where i would be heading to i told him where i would be going when he came out and offered to help me with my stuffs which i let him, the drive was quite and fast. Here we are miss the driver said as he drives through the gate. I got out of the car making my ways to the dorm looking for my room when i saw A20 written boldly. I slide the key in to the door it's made some sound before opening, the room looks so tiny with two bed and a desk.

I searched the room thoroughly when ny eyes set on a lady with blonde hair sitting on her bed looking at me. Hi, she said with a smile on her face. Am Jane, guess you are my roommate? Hey i said in reply am Anna. She stood up making her ways to me welcome to stand ford she said, i hope we get along. She showed me my desk and bed a closet where i would be keeping my stuffs.

laid down on the bed when my phone starts ringing, hello mum" hi honey how was your trip? Fine mum, am so tired i said oh! Sorry honey, how is your dorm room has your room mate arrived yet she asked from the other side while i answered let me let you get some rest talk to you tomorrow she said while she hanged up.

I started unpacking and arranging my stuffs.Putting my books on the desk close to my bed And bringing out a new bed s**t and lying my bed. By the time i was done was very exhausted and sleepy just have to climb the bed and lay down.

Woke up early, so i can get ready for my first day at college, went straight to the bathroom to shower and after i was done i put on an ironed cloths shirt and short. bidding my room mate good bye as i walk out of the room. Went to the bus stop to get a bus to school. Thanks to Google maps didn't find it difficult before getting to my class. People were already sitting down while some were still coming in. I took the nearest empty sit while keeping my books when the professor came in and begins his lesson. Some one opened the door and came in, he looks so familiar but can't tell where i know him from. Lost in my thoughts when i notice he is taking the sit behind me. Few minutes pass and we were done with class.

I notice the new guy coming towards me, i continue packing my stuffs pretending i didn't see him coming "Hi! I heard him said, Hey i replied. Do i know you? He asked? I said me of cause no. Are you a new student? Yes i replied.

Am Joe Henry and you are Anna Johnson. Well nice meeting you, same here i said in return. Maybe we could be friends he said, i said yes we could.we exchanged contacts while we both moved to our next class. Done with today's class and finally heading home. The next day had my first class from 8:00 am so have to wake up extra early so i won't be late. I took long in the bathroom taking shower with hot water and enjoying it that i almost forgot i had class, i off the shower immediately i was done and grab my towel wrapping it around me while rushing to prepare for school. I got dressed in a simple gown and put on a bit of lip gloss. While i said bye to Jane before leaving.

I arrived a bit earlier today before the class starts. I sit down where i sat down yesterday bringing out my books when someone comes in and sit next to me. It's the guy from yesterday, " Hi! you came early today" yes i said. " Do you always come this early?" No i replied its just today, want to go through todays lessons before it begins. "That's great you like being ahead?" Yes i said in return.

The professor comes in just as Joe was about to ask another question and i thank god for that cause i hate questions and the fact that he wants to be friends which am not interested in. Have to push my thoughts aside and concentrate.

Done with today's class and was heading home when i saw group of guys picking on another guy who was sitting on the ground. "what the hell? does this stuffs too happen in college i asked myself while heading to the guys".

I pushed pass through them and helped the guy on the ground to stand up. "Hey don't you know how to mind your business?" I hate it when people poke their nose in what does not concern them he said as he tries to grab my hair when someone punch him hard on his face. "what the hell he said? Trying to punch back when he saw the security man heading towards us. Is everything ok? Yes they said as they made their ways. You with the blonde hair just watch out one of them said.

Thank you so much Joe i said to him, you welcome but you have to mind your business and learn to pretend that you see nothing next time these guys are very bad.

The guy i helped comes forward and was thanking me and Joe. You welcome i said. What did you do anyways why are they picking on you? He said nothing and turn his back leaving the two of us standing there and curious.

Joe walk me to the dorm before leaving.
