Episode 8

Nia's Point of View,

"Who is he, Niu". Shana asked me when she noticed that I had not come back alone. Someone was with me that I did not even know.

"Shana, give me your bag. I put some bandages inside it". I quickly grabbed the bag from her hands and she was still looking at me with confused eyes. I know it is a bit weird, but I can not help, I am like this.

"I hurt him. I mean I accidentally bumped into him and his hand got injured". I was explaining it stupidly, but Shana would not stop asking until I explained it to her.

"I am telling you, I am not that hurt. I am fine okay? I should go now". He said. His eyes held innocence, which is pretty rare these days.

"Can you not wait a second"? I do not know why, but I scolded him and he became still. I wiped the blood from his hand and applied the bandage. He kept looking at my face and I noticed Shana was also standing there like a statue. I was done with this, so I just gave a small smile to him.

"I am so sorry for this, okay? It will be fine in a few days". He was already smiling at me, or I could say he was kind of blushing.

"I am alright, you do not have to apologize to me at all. It is totally fine". I found him sweet. Plus he was hot and handsome, I could say.

"You are sweet. And, Hi, I am Nia and this is my best friend Shana". I said, and a bigger smile came on his face. Shana looked at me with wide eyes. It is weird, I know. I have never done this before.

"I am Max. Nice to meet both of you". He looked at Shana. "Hello, nice to meet you too". Shana smiled, but it looked like she was blushing.

Maybe he could be our friend. He seems a nice guy and, for the very first time, I think that he is not like other boys.

Before Max could say anything, someone put a hand on his shoulder and Max's smile vanished in a blink. He did not turn his head but seemed like he already knew who was there. I kept looking at Max's face and what I observed was fear as he gulped hard.

"I saw you got hurt, Maxy". I heard a deep, husky voice and my eyes shifted to him from Max. My eyes got wide for a second when I saw him. He was tall and so f*****g handsome.

I know I am being creepy, but I swear it was the very first time I saw a f*****g-hot guy this close. Like, gosh, he was something.

"I am so sorry. He got hurt because of me". I said out of nowhere and his eyes shifted to me. He removed his glasses and I looked into his beautiful sea-green eyes. God, you really made him in your free time. I have never seen such a handsome but beautiful boy.

I was staring at him so stupidly that I did not realize that I had made eye contact with him. I instantly looked down and closed my eyes for a few seconds. I do not know what got into me.

I do not know why, but his presence scared me for a while. When I looked up, I gulped hard as his eyes were still fixed on me. He kept looking at me until Shana spoke.

"Now who are you"? He looked at Shana for a second before shifting his gaze to me again. "He is with me". Max spoke but he was still looking at me. I just felt that he would eat me alive with his eyes. His aura was somehow scary.

"I am Shana and she is Nia. And I think we should leave now". Shana said and held my hand and started dragging me from there. I do not know what is wrong with Shana acting so weird there, but at the same time, someone held my hand and my breath hitched in my throat.

Max was looking at me with wide eyes and his friend was holding my hand and looking at me with angry eyes. I don't know why, but I felt something was happening to me.

The way he was there and looking into my eyes, I felt like he was scanning me through his eyes. And trying to get to know me or maybe scaring me.

For a second, I thought Shana also got frozen in her place. She somehow looked lost or maybe her attention was somewhere else. But one thing is for sure: I do not like this person.

I tried to keep my composure calm, but it was not easy for me, especially when someone like him was trying to take on my nerves. Max was somehow in his senses, but he also did not react and that pissed me off.

I just closed my eyes for a few seconds before my anger could take me completely and I acted recklessly. I looked at Shana and Max but they both did not even glance at me.

Seems like it is time for me to lose my temper.
