Chapter 18 Paula had barely made it through her shift the night before. She was exhausted and slept all day, so she hadn’t spoken to Allison. Tonight, was just as bad, and it was nearly midnight before she had a chance to chart. It’s like a repeat of last night. Jesus. These three-patient assignments were hell and definitely unsafe.
