“That feels so good, but it tickles kind of,” I whispered, causing Shawn to look up from my belly.
“You’re awake?” He said shyly.
“I know you wanna shower your baby with all the kisses in the world, but that is still my belly.” I smiled. “Your lips and your touch send signals to my nervous system.”
The shy smile on my husband’s face was slowly replaced with confidence. He moved closer to me. “Is that another way of you telling me something?”
