Odnessa was a port city northwest of Annabella, in the Monovia province. Many of the shipping issues had come to a head in their ports. Earlier this morning, I'd been briefed that the backlog of shipping containers was being addressed. I'd also learned that the Ministry of the Interior was moving forward with Parliament on the program I'd talked about in Brynad. It was the appointment of representatives from each province to form a citizens' commission that would communicate with the ministry. Not only did it create a useful means of interaction, but it also gave the people a sense of power and control.
