FEW MINUTES after Astraea stopped breathing, Thorn woke up feeling groggy.
What happened? Why is he alive again? The last thing he remembered was... He died.
"Hawthorne?" Thorn heard Yvo's voice near him. As he tried to roam his eyes, he saw the crestfallen faces of Yvo and Frost.
Unexplainable amount of fear crept into Thorn's heart the moment he saw how gloomy their friends are. There were even dried tears on Frost's cheeks.
Something feels so wrong.
Right. How could he forget about her? Where could that woman go? Is she not yet finished on fighting his master's old lover? Did they go away unconsciously because of the impacts of their attacks?
"What happened?" Thorn tried to ask Yvo who is currently spacing out.
"Yvo! Where's Astraea?" Thorn
