“Join us, West.” Rufus offered.
“Yah, join us!” Blue.
“This is unlikely of you, the last time I meet you…you were a gloomy person but I think I was wrong.” Rufus laughed at what he said.
Gloomy? Blue? impossible.
“Sit here, WEST.” Blue teased by emphasizing the word 'West'. He knows that West is not my name.
“Shut up.” I whispered to him and he just giggled.
I can feel the glare Miss Luna giving us.
Maybe I’m bothering them that’s why she giving us glares.
“I’ll be going now, I don’t want to disturb your discussion.” I was about to leave.
“Wait, we are done you can join us now.”
Just before Miss Luna was glaring at us and now she’s offering me to join them.
Miss Luna is being moody.
Blue moved a little so that I can sit.
“You know, West. I will play as a fool, a jester!” said Blue.
A fool? Why would he?
“Jankik, you can’t say that to her it is confidential.” Dalia scolded Blue.
Confidential! This guy really wanted to get me in trouble. I know that he’s not the type of guy to keep his mouth shut so I covered my ear so that I can’t hear anything he said.
He tried to take it off but I’m strong than him so he wasn’t able to.
I can see Rufus laughing.
Rufus instructed me to get my hand off my ear.
I did what he instructed me.
“Since, you already heard a little about what we just discussed.” I listened to him and Blue is still bothering me. “Let’s make a deal.”
A deal with a demon?
I don’t want to be like what happened to Rem and Rom’s Father that made a deal with a demon.
“I don’t want to make a deal.” I rejected his offer.
“It’s just a simple deal, don’t worry.” Jankik assured me to trust Rufus. “It is not like before.” He whispered.
“Don’t worry, I will not put you in danger.” Rufus.
These two demons telling me to trust them, ha!
“Do it, West.” Miss Luna suggested.
“We also did it too.” Dalia too? He made a deal with a demon.
“It’s just a deal that you won’t tell anyone what you have heard today.”
Now, I’m doubting if I should do it or not.
After I made a deal I will be included in their discussion and I will get information for my Kingdom.
“Are you going to do it or not?” Rufus gave me two choices.
I sighed.
“Okay.”
“Yay!” Blue cheered.
“Give me your hand.” I held out my hand, are we going to do the blood link? Or cut out my arm and draw some blood?
But, I felt something soft in my hand.
Rufus kissed the back of my hand.
“Done.” He then let go of my hand.
“Is that it?” he only needs to kiss it?
“That is not how it works! You only need to shake her hand!” Blue bawled out.
“Why did you kiss it?” Miss Luna blazing with fire in her back.
“Hahahaha!” While Dalia was laughing out loud.
Blue and Miss Luna joined forces and wanted to defeat Rufus.
Dalia and I are left at the table.
There was awkwardness between us.
“Why did you leave early yesterday?” I started.
“I don’t want to tell you this, but what you said made me realize something that I just now realize that I’ve been doing it wrong.”
What’s the connection to my question? I didn’t ask that but still, I’m glad I could help.
“If you didn’t tell me that, I will be continue ignoring my brother.”
That’s deep! I’m glad I told him that! Really? In her whole life, she ignored her brother!
“Why are you ignoring him!?” I can’t help but shout.
“When I came here, I was thrown to a responsibility that I didn’t choose. As you can see, I am a Princess and a Knight.” She take out a pendant and let me see a logo. It must be the logo of the royal family. “I followed the flow, if I change something. I might also change the story’s ending. You read the novel, right? You must have known the story of the Knight who killed her brother.”
I remember that story…it was about a female Knight that have to kill his brother so that she can take the throne alone. It was their tradition from generation to generation.
“You’re that Female Knight.”
“Yes…”
Did he ignore his brother so that the brother will stay away from her and she doesn’t have to kill him?
“It was pasted in my mind that I was inside of the novel and all the people here are nothing but a puppet that have feelings but not real. “It’s not your fault. You chose to stay away from him so that you cannot kill him.” She truly loves her brother for her to choose to stay away from like that, what she did is what we called sister’s love.
“What are you talking about?”
“Eh?” Did I say something wrong?
“I didn’t ignore him so that he can stay away from me and I cannot be able to kill him, I ignored him so that when I am going to kill I have no feeling attached.”
“What?”
“What’s up?” Blue interrupted us before I can even ask what does she mean by what she said.
