Moon and the others are not characters in the book but they have feelings and personalities that’s why I’m thinking that this is another reality besides Earth.

She face-palmed, “I was wrong all this time.”
After she said that, she left the room and head towards her bag.
She left something on the table, “Lucios, here’s the permit. See you later. You too, West.”
I wave her goodbye and then she left hurriedly.
