I move as fast as I can to reach where Rem and Rom is.

Why do they have to go alone? What if something happened to them?

I stopped and slowed my pace.

I looked for them and found them at the ground along with the…my clone?

They have the same face as me! There are 10 of them, could it be that they are the elves?

Magic System. Appraise.

‘Appraising…They are elves that can use disguise magic.’

Disguise magic…Why are they unconscious?

‘The elves are affected with sleep magic while Rem and Rom are hit with a branch in their head.’

Did Rem and Rom did this? They must have casted it before losing conscious.

I should tie them up.

Magic System. Cast binding magic on the elves.

And, then cast a float magic so that I don’t have to carry them.

I carried Rem and Rom in my arms and I notice that the hair’s body is blonde. Did they switch? Why thou?

“Meow…”

I heard purring below me.

I jumped when I see what it is.

“A cat.” A Birman too. One of my greatest enemy.

What is this doing here?

“Shoo…” I made it to go away then I continue to walk.

I thought it’s not going to follow me but it continue to walk beside me with a catwalk like a model she is and waving her tail.

I hate it when cat walk like that it made me question myself on how I cannot do a Catwalk.

“Shoo!” I scared it away but still it keeps on following me.

Until, I arrived at the Meeting Room. The elves, I locked them up in the dungeon while Rem and Rom are in the bed.

“Ester, why did you brought a Cat here?” Calcifer asked me with a serious tone.

“I didn’t brought it, it followed me!” I tried to defense.

“Whoa! So cute!”

Moon carried the cat and smiling brightly.

“Meow…”

“Touch it, Ester!” he got it near me and I fall back.

“No.” I declined. I will never touch a cat in my past life and even now.

“Why?” “Meow?”

Their eyes look at me in sadness and begging me to pet the cat. But, it’ll never gonna work on me.

“I can feel it insides and if you touch it, it felt like it has no bones.”

It’s not that I hate cat, I just don’t like touching and holding it.

“Moon, stop playing with the cat we have another matter to discuss.” The Lad–I mean Lorelie. She has a serious tone too.

Everyone has a serious face. What’s wrong with them?

“Ester, can you tell us what happened?” The Fairy giving me the floor to talk.

I explained them what happened after I set up the barrier, what the armored elf told me about the curse, the 10 unconscious elves I found at the forest and the imposter thingy.

“We really thought you have turned a glutton after we heard that you keep on eating non-stop.” A woman said. Wait, who is she? And, who is this guy? Where is Elder Phix and Elder Goblin?

“I don’t you to get offended but may I ask your name?” I asked the two.

“Don’t worry I am not offended, it is normal for you to ask who we are since we change appearance. I am Elder Bun-Bun but you can call me now Madam Bun.” She introduces herself.

“I am Elder Bonnie. You can call me Bon. We look like this because of an aging spell that the Fairy thought us.”

Elders? Elder Bun-bun? Elder Bonnie?

I gasped.

“You two look young! Elder Phix, you’re thick! And, Elder Bonnie you’re handsome as hell.”

They are flattered.

“Thank you. But, don’t fall for me because my wife will get mad.” Elder Bonnie joked.

“I told you to call me Madam Bun but what do you mean by thick?”

Oh right, she doesn’t know. I don’t want to explain it to her. Let’s change the subject.

I turned my head at Calcifer.

“Calcifer, regarding to the stolen stock. I think I have a hint on how they did it.”

“Did you just ignore me?” Elder Phix.

“They captured our two guards and disguise themselves with their appearance and every night they will let them in and covered their tracks with illusion magic. Alpha is looking for the two guards that is why he is not here.” Calcifer said which should I was about to said.

So, he knows about it but didn’t report it to us and I almost forgot about Sir Alpha.

“I did my investigation when we are waiting for you to arrive. Lady Evangeline told us about the imposter using disguise magic.” Calcifer continued.

Oh, he just found out too. Elves also known to use Illusion magic, why didn’t I thought about that?

“They will continue to stole from us if we continue to live here. What should we do about that matter?” Lorelie asked.

We can move again but our planned to be the center to stopped a war from different kingdoms might not happened.

“Buy their land?” Moon suggested.

“Their land is important for them they cannot let just sell their land and we don’t have money to buy it.” Elder Phix.

Someone knocked at the door.

“Who dare to disturb our meeting!” Moon copying the voice of Calcifer.

Sir Alpha entered the room.

“Sorry for the disturb, Calcifer.”

Calcifer glared at Moon then Moon hides under the table while laughing.

“It was Moon mimicking me. Anyway, How’s the search?” He take off his gaze at moon and transferred it to Sir Alpha.

“We found them. But, there’s something you should know. The elves are here.”

We sprang from our chair except Calcifer when we heard the news.

“I know what brings them here, I didn't expect it could be this sooner." I said.
