“Since you help me a lot of times, I’ll find a way to get you a permit.”

I brighten, “Really?”

“Yes.”

“But how?”

How will he get one if it’s hard to get it?

I sniffed myself, “I smelled like me?”

“Why are you making that a question?” he giggled. “There’s really something…”

He gets near and sniffed me. “It’s…”

I back off, he should not do that…smelling someone that is unguarded.

I raised both of my hands to stop him from coming near me, he noticed and apologize.

“Sorry…”

“As I was saying,” he continued. “Did you go near the In’n with an apostrophe?” he asked.

Is he talking about the Inn I was staying at? Oh right, the In’n with the apostrophe.

“Yes, they offered me free room and free food in exchange for working with them as a flower.” I boasted. Now, praise me for my clever thinking.

He dropped the spoon he was holding, “Did you say that you’ve been hired as a flower?”

“Yes!” I boasted again with matching nodding and head high up.

“Are you out of your mind?!” he shouted at me. What the?!

“How dare you shout at me! You are not my mother.”

He jolted, he just realized what he did wrong.

“Sorry…” he apologizes. “I’m just surprised…that you become a flower. How? How did you become one?” he is eager to know because the way he talks changed.

“I look for the Inn you were talking about, you’re the one who lead me there. The 15 blocks, you remember?”

He got facepalm, “It’s my fault.”

Why is he blaming himself? He should be glad that I got free room and free food.

“I forgot to tell you that you should have chosen the Inn that is opposite of the In’n with the apostrophe.”

There are two Inn’s? What is the difference between them?

“What’s the problem with the In’n with an apostrophe?”

He looks at me and face-palmed again

“The Inn you are in is not just a simple Inn.” he said. “It’s an Inn where girls that are sold live and serve them with different kinds of services like s*x. You can say that, they are the red district.” He explained.

It got me thinking, I connected the dots and it seems that what he is saying is true. But, I prefer to see it in my own eyes than to conclude.

“Is that so?” I said like I’m not interested at all.

“Aren’t you worried?” he was stressed after all of his explanation, it didn’t falter me.

“No.” I answered in low-key.

“It’s dangerous there, go find somewhere to live or you can live here.” He offered. But, I don’t want to have debt on them.

“No way, it's free food and free room!” I protested and it will be a waste if I turn back now.

“It’s free here too!” he talked back.

“Virgil doesn’t like me.”

“I’ll vouch for you.” He doesn’t really want me to go work in there.

“No, pass. Maybe, next time?”

We stayed like that for an hour and I went home after that.

I wasn’t able to convince him to let me stay there but he doesn’t make the choice.

I didn’t see the angry Virgil after I left.

I think he doesn’t really like me. But why? Is it because I entered the house without his permission?

Ugh…don’t think of him anymore.

I came back in In’n and everyone is still asleep.

It is really helpful when you don’t need sleep cause you can stay awake all the time.

I bath and change my clothes or else they might smell me that I went outside.

Today is my first day of work, what work will I be doing?

Someone knocked at the door.

It was Niko.

“Are you ready?” I was attaching the accessories in my head when Niko arrives.

“Not yet, I’ll be done in a minute.”

I let Niko in after I’m done.

“West, let’s go.” I got out of the room and followed Niko.

We walk for a while…it took longer. I saw many places in the houses that I haven’t seen before. Then, we arrived at a massive door.

We entered and another massive door was seen at the center of the room.

When the door closed behind me, it was pitch black.

I use night vision magic to see in the dark.

I see Niko trying to open the door and when she opened it, she grab my hand and lead me to the door. She might be thinking that I can’t see since it was dark.

Jokes on her, I use the night vision. Hahaha.

We went to the door and I can see the opening but it was pitch black.

We entered and the dark looks like about to eat us.

I opened my eyes and I was in a different place.

Did we transport?

The walls and the tiles are designed differently.
