Ester POV.

EDP begins explaining to us what happened.

“We were about to exit the Kingdom when a group of knights was waiting for us. They have noticed our presence and attacked us luckily, we were able to escape and no one got killed.”

Poor them that they got caught in an unexpected situation but I’m glad that they are safe now.

“How strong are these knights that you got defeated?” Lorelie asked.

Yeah, I wonder too. I’m sure that they already know how to fight and master the magic but still, they got defeated.

“The Princess was there, the future queen of Marsh Ao Kingdom.”

What? The princess? They got defeated by a princess but let us not underestimate her and focus on the fact that she is the future queen that means she undergo heavy training.

“The Princess is the Knight Commander, a high rank for Knights.”

If they got defeated by a Knight Commander that’s means we are not yet ready to face any challenges that may come. If a multiple Demons is equal to the power of the Knight Commander we may not able to save the world.

“I declare that all of us will undergo heavy training.”

I caught their attention and centered their gaze at me.

We need to get stronger, stronger enough to only give a few hits to the enemies.

“I agree and I know someone who can help us.” I’m quite shocked, finally! Calcifer agreed with me and commented.

“Who’ll be that someone?” I asked.

“He lives near the Marsh Ao Kingdom but you need to pass through to it before reaching that person.”

Oh! We have to find the person first.

“Then, Sir Alpha will find him. He can–“ Calcifer cut me off.

“You will search for him, Ester.”

But, I can’t since I have a lot to take to!

“Sir Alpha can do it. I have a lot to do you see.” I insisted.

“You have to see the Marsh Ao Kingdom on your own and it will benefit you if ever, you wanted to make an alliance with them.”

Ugh…why has the camera isn’t invented yet!?

“I’m with Calcifer, child.” Lorelie sided Calcifer. “Maybe you’ll learn something while visiting there.”

“You don’t have to worry about how to get in. You’ll go there as an adventurer.” Calcifer placed a paper on the table and slide it towards me. He told me that I can get in with any kingdom with this thing.

I wonder where he got this.

Lorelie POV.

I am itching to come with Ester to the Marsh Ao Kingdom but Cal wanted Ester to go alone and find the other member of Ester’s pack before.

At first, I didn’t agree that Ester will go to that man since he chose to leave us and do his thing. For me, he betrayed Ester. But, that man is the only one who can help the others in their training.

Why does that man be equal to Ester!?

“When will I depart?“

“Today.”

I want to go!

Moon POV.

I wouldn’t be seeing Ester for days! I hate Calcifer! Why would he let Ester go alone?! Further than that, he’s meeting that traitor!

I’m worried so I will quietly follow Ester.

Evangeline POV.

I’ve been suspicious with Lorelie, she’s been calling Ester a Child.

Isn’t Ester suspicious of that? That’s a bad omen also, that Rem and Rom; they’ve been calling her Witch and I have to make sure that they are not a treat especially that they are the first ones that Ester trusted, I can’t let Ester feel betrayed by the one she trusted.

Even though, I was planning to come with her; I have to know who truly Rem and Rom are and how did they become as one.

Ester POV.

Everyone is all here. The Phixes, Goblins, Garms, and other monsters are all here.

“Ester, be careful on your way there.” Elder Phix said as she fixed my coat.

“When will you come back?” Cowcow cutely asked, she introduced herself today and we met because she’s been clinging with Rom.

Rom’s appearance is not back yet and Rem is still not awake. I hate to leave while Rem is still asleep but Calcifer has been pushing me to leave now.

Can’t we postpone it until Rem is awake? I sighed.

“I will try to come as fast I can. “ I answered Cowcow’s question.

“Child! Be careful.” Lorelie hugged me tightly.

“Of course, I will.”

“Stay away from monsters until you arrived at the Marsh Ao Kingdom.” Elder Goblin advised.

“That’s impossible. I’ll invite monsters here and make sure to welcome them.”

Elder Goblin laughed. “Then, I’ll be in charge of that.”

“Here.” The pink fairy gave me a big bag of food supplies. “I know that you don’t need food but at least nourish your tongue with its taste.” She embarrassingly scratched the back of her head.

I finally see Pink’s soft side.

“Thank you.”

She looked away like a tsundere.

“Thank you all for coming to see me for the last time.”

I bowed and shows my gratitude to them.

“Don’t make it sound like you are not coming back.” Cowcow said and was about to tear up.

“I didn’t mean it to sound like that.” I panicked.

They all laughed.

“Then, let me rephrase it.” I brushed off the tears in Cowcow’s eyes.

“See you later.”

They teared up.

“We will miss you!” They shouted.

I walk away and waved my hand at them, bidding my goodbyes.

When you think of it, this is my first time going on an adventure alone. This was my first plan to do first when I arrived here in this world and now, I’m doing it but I will come back after I’ve done my job.

The Marsh Ao Kingdom, ha. I wonder what will happen to me there.
