“Are there bad people? Don't be afraid. I'm here. Tell me who bullied you." Leonard noticed that Lucas was less confident than usual. He glanced at Nina and saw that she was whispering something in Lucas's ear. Then Lucas stopped talking, so he became suspicious. He frowned and stared at Nina, but she still didn't raise her head.
"Nina." He asked, "Did something happen yesterday?"
"Lucas almost….."
"Lucas just had a slight fever," Nina interrupted Hatice, calmly saying.
"Really?" This time Leonard's eyes turned to Hatice. Hatice was scared and immediately turned her head away, under Leonard's eyes, no one could hide secrets.
Leonard saw her and Nina's reactions and knew that things were not as simple as they said, and what happened, he would know when he returned.
