"Mom. Don't I have to go to kindergarten today?" Lucas obediently sat down next to Nina and asked sadly.
“I’m sorry, Lucas. Aaron is sick. I want to stay here to look after him. You don’t have to go to kindergarten today.”
Lucas nodded and ran to Aaron’s bed.
“Aaron, wake up quickly.” He gently pulled Aaron’s little hand and said childishly.
“Mom, mom….” In his sleep, Aaron kept calling his mother.
“Mom, who is Aaron calling? I don’t know if she’s here or where.” Lucas looked at Nina with a pitiful expression.
“Good boy, Aaron, I’m here.” Nina kissed Aaron’s hand gently to comfort him. In his dream, he seemed to hear Nina holding his hand tightly, stopping his screams.
