It was one bright sunny day, the sky is not so disturbed by hovering clouds that shrouds the entire stratosphere. The breeze that blows from the east is cool and somehow it brings me memories of someone I met when I was seven years old.
I was watering mom's garden plants who were planted beside the wall in our backyard. It's not as though I like flowers, I just love to take care of things that are of great value to someone.
Mom is away that day, she was out to the market, buying us food for lunch and she was gone for about 30 minutes. Well, the market is 2 kilometers away from our
home and waiting for a ride takes time.
After I watered all the plants, I went outside to clear the dry leaves from the edges of the street and put it all in to the trash bin. Then, I heard children's, boys and girls, laughing and running, passing me by and completely ignoring as if I don't even exist.
One boy bumped on me and I fell sitting down. He didn't apologize for what he did, instead he glared at me and scoffed, them ran away to chase the others. I stood up and looked at them running away while wiping out myself for dirts and dusts.
"I'm sorry for what my big brother did to you."
I heard someone, a soft voice of a girl.
