“I must say you did exceptionally well today, Mr Ray.” Dr McKenzie commended. “Keep it up. More of our sessions like this, and you'll finally be medically cleared to return to your school.”
“How long is it going to be, Doctor?” I asked calmly.
“Well.. that's not for me to say. But I'll keep an eye on your charts and see how well you perform by the end of the month. The goodness is, you're finally getting better and better!”
I only nodded as the doctor gathered his papers and files into his arms.
“See you again next week, Mr Ray.” He said as he walked towards the door.
“See you next week, Doctor McKenzie,” I replied, bidding him goodbye for the day.
