Aaron's POV
I stopped and stared at the scene that met my gaze. She was telling the truth, her text hadn't lied! I was still idling away with Jason and didn't mean to come home until night, when I got the text from Amy.
At first, I called it a bluff, at first I thought it was just her little games she was playing, but then I thought what if… I didn't hesitate but grabbed my car keys immediately and ran out of Jason's house.
I drove as fast as I could, on my way back to the house and was only being careful not to go over the limit. The car finally pulled over in our driveway. I didn't even bother to drive it into the garage before I dashed into the house and straight towards Stuart's room.
