Elliot “Hey.” I slipped into the booth opposite Barry, dropping the tiny little bag into the table with a small sigh. “Sorry I’m late.” His eyes glanced down at the bag and then back up at my face, his eye arching questioningly. “Busy shopping was you?” “Yeah.” I grinned at him. ”Elliot.” He seemed to be chewing on his lil.
